- Standard ground shipping is FREE for all electric scooters
- We are here to support you throughout the life of your purchase. Please contact us directly at help@mobilityscooterdepo.com
- Unused scooters (clean & no scratches) and in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. You will be responsible for freight charges unless you receive a wrong or damaged item. In that instance, please contact us at help@mobilityscooterdepo.com and we will arrange for freight and for shipping you an undamaged or corrected unit.
- In these cases, you must accept delivery, and process the return to back to the correct address. A restocking fee will apply.
